GIUNTURA

Terms

How the studio works, in plain language. The agreement you sign for a project is the one that governs it; this page describes what those agreements normally say.

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This page is a description, not a contract. Where it differs from the scope document or agreement you have signed with us, the signed one wins.

Prices and payment

Every price is agreed before the work starts. We do not bill by the hour.

Small, clear jobs are one fixed price, paid up front. Bigger or still open projects start with a paid discovery and are then split into milestones, each with its own fixed price and each paid before it is built.

What done means

Each milestone carries a written definition of done, agreed before it starts.

For AI work, that definition is a set of test cases agreed at the start, because the same question does not always get the same answer. Model usage runs on your own account, so you see the cost.

Changes to the scope

New work is new work. Anything outside the agreed scope gets its own price in writing, and you decide before we start it.

Who owns what

Rights to the code move to you as each milestone is paid.

Apps, servers, store listings and any tool subscriptions stay on accounts in your name and at your cost, so nothing stops if we part ways.

We ask to be invited to those accounts with limited rights. We never ask for the account owner's password, and credentials are not sent over chat.

Fixing what we delivered

We fix bugs in delivered work for 30 days after handover, at no extra cost.

Changes to what was agreed, and work outside the delivered scope, are new work with their own price.

What we need from you

One person who can decide, access to what we need, and payment for a milestone before it starts. Where those are late, the dates move with them.

What we do not promise

We promise the work described in the scope, not a business result.

Anything that depends on someone else, such as an app store review or a third party changing their system, is outside our control. Where it affects your project we tell you as soon as we know.

Stopping

You can stop between milestones. What you have paid for is yours, with the rights transferred; a milestone that has not started is not charged.

Where we work from

Giuntura works from Indonesia and takes clients anywhere. Unless the agreement we sign says otherwise, Indonesian law applies to it.
