Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because the site collects very little.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This is the privacy policy of Giuntura, a software studio. It covers giuntura.com and the brief form on it. It does not cover the software we build for clients, which runs on accounts they own.
What the form collects
The brief form asks for your name and email, and optionally your company and country. It also records what you need, your budget range, your timeline, your description of the problem, any links you add, and the fact that you accepted this policy.
If you arrived through a link with campaign tags (for example from an ad), the brief also records that campaign and the page you first landed on, so we know which of our pages or ads reached you.
When you send a brief, your internet address is checked by the spam filter and counted, in scrambled form, to limit how many briefs one connection can send in a day. That count is deleted the next day.
We collect it for one reason: to answer you and, if it goes further, to write a proposal.
Where it is kept
With the company that hosts this site, on the studio's own account, and in the email account we reply from. Files you attach are kept the same way. Access is limited to the studio.
We keep a brief while it may still lead to work, and delete it when you ask or when it clearly will not.
A backup copy of our database is kept for 12 weeks, so something you ask us to delete also disappears from the backups within that time.
Files you attach, to the brief or in a conversation, are removed automatically 30 days after a brief is closed without work, or after 180 days with no activity. Files of work we take on are not removed automatically; ask us and we delete them. The messages stay; a removed file shows by its name only.
Replies and any automatic confirmation are sent through a transactional email provider, so the message reaches your inbox rather than a spam folder. That provider processes the email in order to deliver it, and for nothing else.
Cookies and counting visits
The site sets no cookies and does not follow you between sites. It keeps one small note in your browser, and only when you arrive through a link with campaign tags or from another site: where you came from, for 30 days. It leaves your browser only if you send a brief, and you can clear it with your browser's site data.
We do count visits, from 22 September 2026: which pages are opened, how often, and which site or search sent someone here. The counting runs without cookies and without building a profile of anyone, and it is done by the company that hosts this site, on our behalf. We see totals, never a person.
There is nothing to accept or refuse, because nothing is stored for tracking. The spam check on the brief form is run by the same hosting company.
Conversations
Messages in a conversation with us are stored with the company that hosts this site, on the studio's account, together with your brief. If you reply to one of our emails, your reply joins the same conversation.
To reopen the conversation, your browser keeps its key. Every email we send about it carries a link that opens it too. Anyone with that link can read the conversation, so keep it to yourself.
Some messages in the conversation, such as the first greeting, are sent automatically by our system.
What we never do
We do not sell what you send us, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your project data
Work we do for you runs on accounts in your name. Your customers' data stays in your systems.
We ask to be invited with limited access and can be removed at any time, without anything stopping.
Where a project sends data to an AI provider, we tell you exactly what is sent and you agree to it in writing before we build it.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
Write to hello@giuntura.com and say what you want removed or sent to you. We do it and confirm in writing.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
