Which cloud do you use?
Yours. If you have no preference, we suggest one that fits the size of the project and the region your users are in.
Do you keep access after the project?
Only if you want us to, on a monthly plan. Otherwise you remove our access and everything still works.
How do you handle a server that goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, the runbook says what to do, and backups mean the worst case is losing a little time, not the data.
Can you move us off an old server?
Yes. A migration starts with a paid audit so the plan and the price are based on what is really there.
